Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be accepted, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with the original tag attached.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
